Plots disappear #444

Reported by a user in Steven Johnson's tutorial and confirmed by me: plots in notebooks (with PyPlot) disappear when I log out of JuliaBox and log back in again.

For me, in the tutorial, the PyPlot plots stay across sessions, but I have some gadfly plots in other notebooks that get replaced by what looks like the raw svg.
