Download data on the fly #2

All data is downloaded at once. Idea 1: Download only default LVL at beginning. When user click Q, it downloads the data. This would required restructuring the code a bit.

I think this is probably unnecessary since it's not that much data. The page loads instantly for me, even after I clear my cache. I'd put this pretty low on the priority list.

I'll have to do more test. Sometimes it takes 45sec to load all the timeseries
