This is a draft PR since it depends on the work in Section 4 of the homework to be completed [1].

Things completed in this PR:

Remove useless front-end code (anything non-related to an api)
Adapt various changes done in soumyaray's repo related to the project structure change + move to API
Update the controller to be RESTful (incomplete, see [1])
Add controller specs (incomplete, see [1])
