Overview

To allow user-generated listing of the research manager tech tree, meaning you get to control which items you get to see and at which order you wish to see them in.

What changed?

• Replaced old hardcoded listing logic with new user-generated listing logic.
• Added new required listing script that replicates the canonical tech tree.

Originally requested in Discord DM by a group working on a Turanic Raiders vs. Kadesh total conversion who wants to have custom tailored tech trees for each playable race.

Also, nitpicking: for the sake of looking back at the commit history on SourceTree or GitK or any other equivalent, would be nice to group the new *.script files as a separate commit from the *.c/*.h changes.

Could reuse this logic for the ConsMgr.* list generation, too, which is a feature that HomeworldSPL has kindly offered.
