What do I do to solve this issue? The audio doesn't play and there is a red circle.

CoolDude562 commented 2 years ago

It also says something about frame at sample rate 32000?

You're using WAV. files, use MP3 files

You're using WAV. files, use MP3 files im using a mp3 file, but the red dot still appears next to the sound.

I have the exact same problem. Mp3 displays a red dot when played, but my old preset works just fine with mp3.

I moved the sounds from the working old preset to the new one and they worked. Then i tried adding the old sounds to the new preset directly from the files and they still worked. Very strange indeed.

how did you fix this?

The problem is that those files are not actually mp3. They are webmp4/mp4/weba/other formats actually, only the extension name has been changed. To fix it use VLC to convert the audio to mp3. Here's a video walkthrough if that was not clear enough: https://youtu.be/gX5PFttQmGw
