Add a `configure` option in node's contextual menu #1103

Please describe the feature that you want to propose

As preparation for https://github.com/KaotoIO/kaoto/issues/734, having a configure context menu item is necessary.

The goal for this ticket is to replace the "click to configure" approach with a "right click -> configure" approach
