ListFields in canvas side panel should display help icon with description #1145

Please describe the feature that you want to propose

The ListFields in canvas side panel don't show the question mark icon with help. The fields contain description, e.g. Component Property in catalog contains description Allows to configure as many additional properties for the rest component in use., which could be provided to the user.

Let's try to place it next to the Title, as other fields.
