Optional tray icon message on track change

It would be nice to make an option to turn off tray icon message on every
track change. Thank you :).

Было бы клёва сделать опцию для выключения 
всплывающей подсказки в трее
после каждой смены трека. Спасибо :).

Пока что для тех, кому надо сделал мелкий 
патч в одну строку для этого.

Спасибо за замечание. 
В настройки интерфейса добавлена кнопка 
выключения сообщений.
