ViewMenu>ColumnsSubmenu and Playlist Columns not auto-generated from schema #87

There are many "ghost columns" with odd values like "1", "0", or 
"1264687426". I realized these were values like "dateplayed" etc.

I could not find these "ghost columns" in View>Columns. 

Ideally both the View>Columns menu and the Playlist Columns could be 
programatically generated from some sort of centralized schema?

You are right! The "Columns" menu will be overwritten soon :-)
