This PR adds the following:

functions for making mock data
unit tests for those functions
full unit tests for import_data
two changes to check_import_data_inputs: (1) logical columns in extra_covariates are now allowed; (2) the barcode agreement check was changed so that now if at least two non-default cell names are provided, they must all be identical
