Add migrations file and update Truffle config for BNB Faucet integration

Description

This PR adds the necessary changes to deploy the Auth contract using a migrations file and updates the Truffle configuration to integrate with the BNB Faucet. Additionally, the README.md file is updated with instructions on how to use the BNB Faucet for deploying the contract.

Summary of Changes

• Added a migrations file (2_deploy_contracts.js) to deploy the Auth contract.
• Updated the Truffle configuration (truffle-config.js) to include the Binance Smart Chain network and use the BNB Faucet.
• Modified the README.md file to include instructions on using the BNB Faucet for deploying the contract.

Please review and merge these changes to enable BNB Faucet integration for deploying the Auth contract.
