Add Truffle files and update dependencies for migration and deployment

Description

This PR adds the necessary Truffle files for migration and deployment and updates the project dependencies to include Truffle and BNB Faucet. It also includes updates to the README.md file with instructions on how to use the BNB Faucet and how to migrate and deploy using Truffle.

Summary of Changes

• Added truffle-config.js file with necessary configuration for Truffle to connect to networks and use the BNB Faucet.
• Added migrations/2_deploy_contracts.js file to deploy the Auth contract using Truffle.
• Updated package.json to include "truffle" and "bnb-faucet" as devDependencies.
• Updated README.md with instructions on how to use the BNB Faucet and how to migrate and deploy using Truffle.

Please review and merge this PR to enable smooth migration and deployment of the Auth contract using Truffle.
