Info Pop Up for Status Buttons #23

Add "Actions Avaiable" button for each context. Would be printed every status board. Clicking brings up a dialog box that explains possible actions in a given context. Also, if player clicks on a given status button, it has a dialog box explaining the type of status (Primary weapon: Cannon. Ammo: 5), etc.
