Campaign is simply adding the faction element. Scenarios may need faction and ban list.

Campaign: Tweak Dire Range, possibly by banning anti-air so the compie doesn't try to build any. And give them more armored units. Check crossing anza and after. Crossing Anza suffers a run-time issue after several turns. Likely compie related.

Run time issues fixed. Tweaked dire range and hills of discontent.
