Use Touhou orchestral arrangements. Need dedicated loop-player somewhere within playGame().

Accomplished with https://github.com/KazuKrawfish/Line_Of_Command/commit/bf745cdb3215278784714be849299aa6893f7be2, but still need to ensure all transitions between contexts result in music change.
