Aircraft Carrier Functions #33

-Should be able to build (Multirole for now) aircraft, up to max 3 or 4. Do so by clicking on itself, similar to APC supply function. -Has transport but for aircraft only. Pick up drop off. For specialty group, just create new type aircraftTransport

Can pick up, but needs to drop off. Cannot build yet.
