The following have been detailed: startScreenBackground.png - Slovak Expeditionary Army Group, public domain, same name page on Wikipedia topMenuBackground.png - HMS Invincible, public domain, Falklands War page on Wikipedia

Still need to clean up the various menu style backgrounds and screens

Removed the only background screen that is likely from the internet. The rivets may be from the internet but from a larger work and used to make derivative. The grey texture on the various menus may be own work, if not, is derivative from the various effects and rivets added.
