Fix failing Travis CI build -- osx bioc-devel #15

Might have to do with xml2 libraries or some other missing system level library

So. I re-tested an old commit (#39bf1d8) that had previously succeeded on OSX bioc-devel; it also now failed. Based on this and noticing several Bioc packages on github and using travis that don't test on OSX, I'm assuming something is currently not working on the bioc-devel/OSX side of the equation until Bioconductor tells me otherwise.
