Move core functions out of zzz.R and use this file for load/attach functions #4

Via Hadley's R packages:

By convention, .onLoad() and friends are usually saved in a file called zzz.R.

Save this file for .onLoad() and set key URLs as options().

Sounds good. I think we should make it as standard as possible. I'm not familiar enough with R so whatever you think makes it more standard is great by me.
