Failed to connect to multimir.org port 80: Connection refused #41

@hk106609620 I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. It is working now. The same issue that happened before happened again after patching and rebooting the server yesterday. I will investigate the issue to prevent this or at least make sure it is working after a reboot in the future if I can't figure out why this is happening. Thank you so much for reporting the issue and your patience.

Further detail on the issue: We use an EC2 instance to host this web server and the files for the multimir service are on an EBS volume that is not the boot volume. Apparently something has changed in the last 2-3 months that this secondary EBS volume is not mounted by the time the web server starts and it fails. This is the second time this has happened. I will find a way to prevent this.
