added some weapons categories to project kawaii mod

noticed that the mod weapons didnt have the weapon categories, so none of them could be used with martial arts, hope the one i used are adequate

Sure, very good work, mate, I will merge this, but to correct your statement, they do support martial arts https://github.com/Kenan2000/BrightNights-Structured-Kenan-Modpack/blob/master/Kenan-BrightNights-Structured-Modpack/High-Maintenance-Huge-Mods/Project_Kawaii/martialarts.json because this is one of optional ways to implement support for them but original way of specifying weapons directly is still used hopefully as well
