Implement documentation tools

I wrote a simple makefile or two to help atomate building presentations.

I also wrote it so we can expand it later to generate full essay writeups or docs if needed.

As long as this looks good we can merge it into the main project, the idea of a pull request like this is to confirm we're all in agreement about some work being done to our project, though for something as small as this its more of a demonstration of how this type of thing works and less us actually debating over how our docs look.
