Display event handlers in C++ derived source, even if it won't be generated #1310

Description:

The Derived Source panel is no longer showing event handlers. This may be because the derived file already exists, but it would be worth showing those event handlers in the panel anyway in case the dev wants to copy and paste them to get the initial code in place before editing it.
