This PR removes all the experimental language support. Of the languages I was looking at, the only one that has an active repository is wxLua, and while that claims to be current with wxWidgets 3.2, it actually only supports a subset of that version's feature set. I had originally thought about creating ports, but have decided against it due to the amount of time that would entail.
Note that there was very little code actually in use, so should someone create an active language port that is reasonably current with wxWidgets, then it would not be too much effoert to add it back in (see src_archive).
