Configure PyInstaller for Mac executable #5

Setup TravisCI to:

[x] Build for the Mac (uses Linux by default)
[ ] Continue to do build testing
[x] Build a macOS standalone executable
[x] Upload the executable as a release artifact to GitHub.

I'm assuming this will be an executable, not an Application, or a dmg image. One step at a time. (The end goal is a DMG image.)

We have some success!

But, unfortunately another hurdle to get past! This is way outside my area of expertise!

Perhaps a better use of our time would be to target "homebrew" deployment first. It's pretty widely used, and I suspect many of our tecky crowd would fell more comfortable installing an unsigned brew package than install an unsigned binary.
