Villagers stopped becoming toolsmiths cuz of the mod #34

Hey, For some weird reason, whenever the mod is active villagers stop becoming toolsmith when a smithing table is placed. Was excited to have this mod, but I can't play without toolsmiths. I hope that something this would be fixed so i could use the mod. Thanks,
