Prepare repo for docs writing with a sample #2

This PR does several things:

  1. Introduces a custom Screenshot component.
  2. Document how to use screenshots in the readme.
  3. Re-writes sidebar titles according to Polaris help documentation headings
  4. Deletes most of the template documents, and leaves behind only two with examples of all components etc.
  5. Experiment with Icons (the ones built into Protocol template, not yet using heroicons. Visible in the landing page H2 headings.
  6. Explicitly (for now it's redundant) add /template_docs/ to the robots.txt disallow list so when we remove the catch-all "/" disallow, template_docs is already entered.
  7. Finally, it pulls content from the 'Knokd Docs' google document for the "Welcome to Knokd" article.
