This PR replaces https://github.com/Knokd/docs.knokd.com/pull/3 which I've closed for its inaccurate commit history.
I made this PR to gauge how long it takes to add content from the Google doc "Knokd docs" and format it for the docs repo.
Aside from copy+pasting the content, the time is mostly spent on:

tl;dr: It took me about an hour for 2 documents from a cold-start and that includes solving a small technical issue with the sidebar highlighting when using icons next to H2 headers
