This PR bumps up all font sizes by one relative level. Most notably, this brings the base <p> font size up from 14px to 16px, then scales headings up from there and sub-texts down from there.

It also removes the use of the lead class that the template commonly included on text that followed H1's.

This affects the sidebar / mobile nav menu text too (increased a little). I think it all looks good on mobile @andrewpaliga but LMK if the mobile nav menu feels bulky and I can adjust it down.
