Add UPA pathway to go edges #172

Adds two edge types:

  1. GO -> biolink:related_to -> UPA:UPA (pathway) (based on UPA:UPA synonyms to GO terms which are assumed to all be biological processes)
  2. GO -> biolink:enabled_by -> UPA:UPA (pathway) (based on UPA:UER (enzymatic reaction) synonyms to GO terms that have an edge to the pathway, which are assumed to all be molecular function)
