I urge everyone in Monarch to think of modular strategies. Read the documentation on OBO, base files, etc

If we agree on smaller granular units (e.g. bacdive, Madin et al taxa), plus repeated units (e.g. uniprot-function-taxon-X) then we just assembly by catmerge
