If I want to help, where I can look, which need to be done for this issue? I only see the already done database. :)

The database exists, but it is far from being finished. There need to be more configs that produce different PQS setups (pqs folder). If you want to contribute configs, you can join #Kopernicus on irc.esper.net and I can help with the details.
