Unable to uninstall #27

After running uninstall.bat as administrator an error message appears in cmd prompt saying "unable to delete keyboard driver key." How to fix?

Boot into safe mode and delete it there. (Win + R) --> Type "msconfig". Go to the boot tab then check the Safe boot box. Hit apply and restart your pc. Delete it the same way you tried to and it should work. Exit safe mode the same way just this time uncheck the Safe boot box.
