InterAccel is not working even after changing values. #37

I saw many videos on yt and installed it carefully. I first installed driver and uninstalled and reinstalled microsoft C++ you showed. And then I opened interAccel.exe and changed values but my sens wasn't changing. I tried maxing out everything but nothing worked. this is how it looked

id say install an older version cause mine isn't working either, perhaps a dodgy version?
