3 years ago Not sure if you still have this issue, but I just ran into this problem myself and found deleting the settings.ini file in the MouseAccelDriver folder in Documents removed the issue.
After i noticed my polling rate(hz) changed to 500hz, I tried to change it to 1000hz again however after changing it to 1000hz again it asked for a dpi in which I skipped by pressing enter again as my dpi was already set. Ever since then an error came up for selecting a dpi and the program is partially unresponsive. I cannot save settings or change any settings nor does the driver work. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but it still doesn't seem to work.
