I believe I am having the same issue. InterGUI will launch, but Interaccel will never show as a running process. I haven't received any error messages or anything, but my sensitivity is unchanged no matter what I try.
I actually was able to resolve my issues. I was trying to run it on my D drive, but when I moved it to my C drive it worked. Not sure why it made a difference, but I have the program working so I'm not going to question too hard.
After moving it to my C drive, I actually got dialogue in the command prompt after installing the driver. I had to install the driver twice for some reason, but either way it worked.

For me when launching interaccel.exe from a terminal, it first run but the instant i move my mouse the program stop without any messages. if i don't move my mouse it shows in the processes.
This is so non-functional for me that I'm not sure I can give enough information for this to make any sense.
I've checked and double checked and triple checked the installation instructions for this, but no matter what I do, interaccel.exe itself doesn't run.
I'm not sure what installing a command line based program should look like, but after granting install-interception.exe admin privileges a command prompt window appears for one frame before disappearing. After a reboot (I've gone through this multiple times now) I try starting up interGUI.exe or interaccel.exe itself, and either way, interaccel.exe doesn't actually launch. Or it does launch and instantly crashes. If I use interaccel.exe itself, a command prompt window appears for a single frame just like the installer. It should at least show up with the tasklist command if it was running, right?
And yes, I have the proper redistributable. Maybe this is just Windows 10 acting up. I don't know.
