Add the SAMD board manager step to documentation #37

Hello, We have been doing a few new installs and following the README but we always forget about the SAMD install for the board. Could you add it to the README / wiki? It's the step where you go into preferences and add this link

And then get the install of the SAMD 1.5.5

Done! Thanks for pointing that out, it's fixed here. BTW you no longer have to install 1.5.5, you can update to the latest board definitions :)
