replace google by duckduckgo #189

You seem to have left some French in (the placeholder). I am also wondering why you chose to remove HTTPS support. The original Google implementation chose if it should use HTTPS depending on what the forum uses, your DuckDuckGo implementation never uses HTTPS.

My bad, there is still french...

For https, it is supported. Infact, every duckduckgo research are are made via https.

Apologies, I won't be able to merge this patch since it replaces Google with DuckDuckGo, rather than providing the ability to choose the search engine used (via config.php for example), though I will look at this functionality before I release v26.
