jQuery formatCurrency Plugin

I exported this from http://jquery-formatcurrency.googlecode.com due to google code being shut down soon and didn't want to lose the repo since it lokos like this was abandoned. I don't know if I will provide support since I am not too familiar with the inner workings of it.
