[Bug]: obsidian和相册中短链不起作用 #252

问题重现 | Bug reproduce

在软件页面上传时，经过配置好的短链接服务，可以得到短链，但是进入到相册后，点击图片的url还是长链 image image Obsidian使用Image auto upload Plugin插件，但是粘贴图片后依旧是长链，好像并没有使用短链 image
