Modules
VoxFlow comprises the following modules:
- Login: Allows Signin and Login to access the website and use it
- Complainant: Allows individuals to submit complaints, track the status of their complaints.
- Staff: Enables staff members to review and resolve assigned complaints, update status.
- Admin: Provides administrative control over the entire system, managing users, assigning staff, checking over the seamless and smooth flow of complaints into solutions.
