Features used:
- Random colors for each generated star.
- Random sizes assigned to each star.
- Random visibility of each star.
- Random positioning for each generated star within a given area.
- 15% chance of a subtle bluish glow when generating each star.
- A slight increase in brightness for some elements (1% of well-defined stars).
- 0.5% chance to draw a gold star
