Add a few plots to the tracking DQM: hit-on-track layers, matching probability (I think this used to be there?), number of truth tracks and hits. Also adjust some ranges.

I'm going to add this to issue 1365 since it uses some bound matrices and those names have changed in ACTs v 36.
