Focus CSS from MeD's CSS is not currently present in this theme

Also, from Melissa: Focus color is not good, needs more contrast with blue buttons

It does not work for the expose component. It does not work for the media player buttons. It does not work for the Graphical multiple choice question, but it does work for most of the other questions.

Suggest adding white border around the pink? To check with Melissa

Issue repeated in recent report:

A learner who has low vision or colour blindness may not be able to tell where the focus is. Especially if they happen to look away from the screen and back again. Details, screenshots, coding: The “pink” visual focus is much better and it applies to questions.

The next issue is there should be some padding between the focus ‘box’ and the focused item. By doing this, all users will see the focus better whether they have low vision or colour blindness or not. When we go to a grey scale, the visual focus is hard to see because it is directly against the focused item. The size difference between the two buttons is very small. By putting some padding between the focus box and the item in focus will help the focus stand out better.

If someone looks away from the screen and back again, it can be difficult to find the focus.
