Focus - not scrolling [RDI 2.42] #13

In both IE11 and Chrome, this issue occurs for videos and questions. It seems to be fine for accordions, hot grids and hot graphics.

As the user tabs from the first video on the page to the second video using the keyboard it is observed that the tooltip is displayed but the controls and the bottom of the video player are not shown.

The page does not shift entirely to the second video until the user has tabbed to the transcript button.

This problem (page not shifting down completely to where the keyboard focus is located) occurs throughout multiple pages in this course.

For questions, it shifts down, but not enough to be able to read the answer text.

Note that with Edge there is no issue.

For the video it would be nice if the screen scrolled to the middle of the video itself
