Collect available mass mapping codes/algorithms #7

Depending on the application and size of survey, we will want to compare different mass-mapping codes/algorithms (flat sky/ spherical Kaiser-Squires, Hierarchical Bayesian, etc)

@jasonmcewen is the code for your recent paper public ?

@EiffL: The massmappy code implementing the spherical KS approach outlined in the paper is not public yet but we do plan to make it public in due course. In the meantime we're happy to make it available to people.

sounds good, what's your type of input ? I assume healpix maps right ?

Basically just the shape catalog, with bias corrections etc. Then massmappy constructs shear maps based on various spherical pixelisations (e.g. Healpix and also others), from which it recovers convergence maps.
