The WLMassMap package

This code is under development and has not yet been released.

Code set-up and testing

Checking out the code:

 $ git clone https://github.com/LSSTDESC/WLMassMap.git

Or, install code and dependencies with pip:

$ pip install --user git+git://github.com/LSSTDESC/WLMassMap.git

See examples for instructions on how to use the code. The following command produces a mass-map from the protoDC2 simulation available at NERSC through the GCR:

$ cd examples; ceci ceci_pipeline.yml
