Code for producing baseDC2 snapshot catalog.
Code currently processes subfiles rather than blocks. Block processing (=sub-volume processing) is waiting on an improved python version of the gio reader. This should be a small change once the python capability is available.
Code has been tested and run to produce 2 snapshot catalogs for Step 432 (z=0.15) and Step 247 (z=1.0). It takes about 5-10 minutes to run in parallel over 8 nodes on cooley. Each node runs 8 groups of 2 subfiles.
