Feature/sidescan split #120

  1. Added BatchMraExporter for applying and MRA exporter to multiple folders, recursively.
  2. Added SidescanTilesExporter to split Sidescan into small ML-processable image tiles.

Please correct the classpath for adding geojson-jacson and missing com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.ObjectMapper; dependency.
