Consoles: lauv: IMHO the LAUV console should contain only plugins/layers... #25

... that apply to the majority of LAUVs. Specific consoles should be created for experimental scenarios. This commit removes the layers RhodamineOilVisualizer and NmeaPlotter from the default LAUV console.
